2、 Check whether there are defects, damages, broken strands, broken wires, loose strands, etc. in the steel wire rope, and whether the steel wire rope pressing block is softened or loose.

3、 Whether the hook is damaged, whether the bolts are loose, whether the safety buckle is complete, and whether the hook head rotates flexibly.

4、 Check the specific lifting limit switch, whether the locking nut is tightened, and inspect the various functions and wiring of the limit switch for softening.

5、 Check if the specific components of the lifting motor are reliable, verify if the external wiring of the junction box is secure, and check if there is any noise during motor operation.
